Formerly known as Rancier Self Storage in Killeen, the property was purchased in 2017 and rebranded as Top Value Storage. We offer a variety of sizes from our smallest 5'x5' (25 Sq. Ft.) up to our largest 20'x30' (600 Sq. Ft.). We have both regular storage units and climate controlled units. We have extra wide aisles enabling you to easily drive your car, truck, or trailer right up to the front of our non-climate controlled units. Our units are all easily accessible and well maintained. Our knowledgeable and experienced customer service staff are there to facilitate your needs. Office hours are from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM on Monday through Friday and on Saturday from 9 AM to 3 PM. We also offer boxes and packing supplies on-site for your convenience. We are here to make it easy for you and are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction.
